Susan Jensen
Susan is a native Californian and has lived in the South Bay for more than 40 years. After living in Manhattan’s Tree Section for 30 years with her husband Darrell, a Manhattan Beach native and retired police officer, the Jensen’s moved to Hermosa Beach. They have three grown children who attended the local Manhattan Beach public schools: Aaron Jensen, Alli Baldocchi and Shawn Jensen.
Susan has been selling real estate with outstanding results since 1978. She is a full-time licensed real estate broker specializing in residential sales. A consistent winner to those she represents, Susan has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Residential Sales Council for the REALTORS National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. She has personally sold hundreds of properties throughout the South Bay and LA area.

Alli Baldocchi
Alli is one of the true locals, born and raised in Manhattan Beach. Growing up in the Tree Section, she attended Grandview Elementary, Manhattan Beach Middle School and Mira Costa High School. After graduating from USD, she married Tome, a Hermosa Beach native and is now raising their three boys (Kyle, Caden and Maguire) in Manhattan Beach. She couldn’t be happier to have her boys grow up in a town that she has called always called home.
Being raised by a Realtor mother, it was a natural progression for Alli to follow in her mother’s footsteps. As a top agent for more than 30 years, Susan has been a phenomenal mentor. Alli has worn many hats in the business world: Teacher, business owner and designer, to name a few. All have all contributed to her success in real estate. Her knowledge of the South Bay runs deep.
